Originally built in 1967 and fully renovated in 2024, this dynamic warehouse is located on Cypress Drive (or “Cy Dri” as Holly Meyer Lucas calls it), in Jupiter, Florida. The Mother Ship is a creative and collaborative place where big ideas are born, bold moves are made, and creativity flows in abundance.
So much more than an office-based warehouse, The Mother Ship is a versatile space that features a state-of-the-art recording studio, large dedicated event space, and functions as the private headquarters for the Meyer Lucas Companies, including the award winning Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team, Hype Boss, PodPlus Studios, and more.
With an in-house video content creation studio, separate podcast recording studio, areas specifically designated for content creation, and flexible spaces to host an array of events, from creative workshops to corporate trainings, and more.
